INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI (PRIVACY POLICY)

I dati personali dell’Interessato sono trattati per le seguenti finalità:

4. Modalità del Trattamento e Soggetti Terzi

Il trattamento viene effettuato mediante strumenti informatici e telematici, con logiche strettamente correlate alle finalità indicate e, in ogni caso, in modo da garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei dati stessi.

I dati potranno essere trattati o conosciuti da soggetti terzi designati come Responsabili o Titolari autonomi, tra cui:

5. Periodo di Conservazione

  • Richiederne la rettifica o la cancellazione (diritto all’oblio).

  • Opporsi al loro trattamento o richiederne la limitazione.

  • Richiedere la portabilità dei dati.
